Nose to the wall, hands high and flat. They cannot see what you are doing behind them, which is most of the point, and the wall stops them bracing.

What the app knows about it

Everything below except the first sentence is read straight out of the catalogue the planner draws from — the time ceiling, the kit, what the shape takes away, and what can and cannot be done to somebody in it. That last part is computed with the same rule the scene builder uses, so it is the filter itself rather than a promise written next to it.
