Held up on the toes. Calves fail within minutes, and because the whole body is already stretched it is the base most predicaments are built on.

What the app knows about it

Everything below except the first sentence is read straight out of the catalogue the planner draws from — the time ceiling, the kit, what the shape takes away, and what can and cannot be done to somebody in it.
