Roll After Dark

Tying with bondage tape

Wrap the tape onto itself and never sticky-side against skin — six turns round both limbs, torn off square so the end stays findable.

How it is done

Bondage tape has no adhesive at all: it clings only to itself, which is why it comes off skin and hair without taking either. That also means the first turn has to overlap onto tape rather than onto an arm, or nothing holds. Six turns round the pair is plenty. Tear it off square rather than at an angle, so the end can be found by feel in the dark.

What goes wrong with this one

Tape gives no warning before it stops giving — it does not creak like rope or stretch like fabric, so it goes on deliberately loose and gets checked once it is on.
